   ○No damage or dirt, keep the product in good condition.

   ○We will provide the return address and instructions after receiving your request.
2. Exchange Policy
   ●Exchange Period
   You have 30 days from the date you received the product to apply for an exchange.
   ●Exchange conditions
   ○ The exchanged product must meet the following conditions: unused, original packaging, labels and accessories.

   ●Exchange process

3. Refund policy

   Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets the return conditions, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be returned through your original payment method.
   ●Shipping cost
   If the return is due to product defects or errors, the return shipping cost will be borne by the company. For returns without product defects, the shipping cost is borne by the customer.
